In this webinar I walked the listener through a presentation I gave in Vinnystia on strategic communication.  participants will learn about the instruments for communication, effective communication strategies, and mediation in the government sphere. Goals of the training also include an increased activity in communication between NGOs and the government, and how to better communicate between different spheres of Civil Society and Government entities.
