This project will focus on increasing the capacity of the Center of Legal Aid and community leader’s. It will focus on teaching leaders how to create and manage a successful community project. By the end of the training, approximately 20 participants from the age 22-60 will obtain the opportunity to increase their knowledge pertaining to community development, community evaluation, project management, public relations, and communication and public speaking skills. These community members will be comprised of NGO directors, city council members, small business owners, chief bureaucrats, and school directors.
