I was given the opportunity to speak at a business seminar held by Lesya Ukrainka East European National University. Participants included students, professors, and private business executives. It was a pleasure to collaborate with the faculty who hosted me graciously and organized a wonderful event. The first training I facilitated was focused on strategic planning. In this training participant were able to work in groups and contribute to interactive activities in order to learn how to formulate and implement a strategy. The next day I presented on project and operations management. The highlights of these presentations were the elements of the project management cycle, classifying the functions of and differentiating production systems, and an economic analysis of production standards through utilizing a break-even analysis.
